I would recommend this hotel for a couple of nights, especially if you're on a budget.

This hotel is located in the heart of Surabaya, right in front of the famous Tunjungan Plaza. The location is very convenient as there are many restaurants and shops nearby. You can easily explore the city center of Surabaya by taxi or Grabs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and even some with great views. The staff here are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist you. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, like arranging a birthday surprise for your loved ones during breakfast.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we couldn't find anything to complain about.

The convenience of being in such a central area made exploring Surabaya so much easier. Secondly, the staff were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, polite, and really went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, with beds that ensured a good night's sleep, and they even had a lovely view of the city. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy every taste.

One staff member, Ms Ika, even went above and beyond to arrange a surprise birthday celebration for my son during breakfast. It was a lovely gesture that we truly appreciated. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with especially comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel also provided strong Wi-Fi, which was a definite plus. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying, providing a good start to each day of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Surabaya.

My partner and I absolutely loved our recent stay! the hotel is conveniently located close to major malls and even the center of souvenirs. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. the staff were incredibly courteous and even remembered our group size! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with an impressive selection of dishes to choose from. the spa was a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city!

Had a holiday getaway here for Christmas and was impressed with the room service and housekeeping. They were very friendly and attentive to our needs. the hotel is in a great location, easily accessible from the mall and other food areas. the breakfast spread was diverse, with great coffee and juices available all day long.

The room was rather cramped and lacked warmth, failing to capture the holiday spirit. No Christmas decorations to be found in any part of the hotel, which made the experience feel rather dull.

Spent new year at this hotel and it was awesome! The staff was incredibly nice and they even handed us over a nice cocktail upon arrival. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean with nice furniture. the location was very convenient as it was walking distance from the main attractions and the shopping center. The pool was crystal clear and we had a great time lounging by it.

That the breakfast area was incredibly crowded during peak hours, so it was difficult to find a place to sit and relax. the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it was not a big issue since we were mostly out exploring the city.
